If you’re experiencing a problem with your bones, joints, or muscles and would like to be assessed by a physiotherapist, you can refer yourself without needing to see your GP first.
This service is also available if you’ve had successful physiotherapy in the past and would like to benefit from it again.
To self-refer, simply fill out the online form and describe your issue in as much detail as possible. Your referral goes directly to East Sussex MSK Community Partnership (ESMSK), in your own words, which helps ESMSK plan the best approach for your first appointment.
This service is available to anyone aged 16 or older who lives in East Sussex.
