If you are being referred to the Post Covid Assessment Clinic, you will be required to complete the Sit to Stand Test. This involves measuring your heart rate and oxygen levels with a pulse oximeter. The pulse oximeter will be leant to you by the Surgery so you can complete the test at home and must be returned. Please watch the YouTube video for instructions on how to complete the test. Written instructions are also provided.
