Nurture in Nature is a new cancer wellbeing support group fully funded and supported by Macmillan.
Nurture in Nature is a unique woodland based 10 week programme designed to support all women who have received a cancer diagnosis. It is based in the private woodland of Herstmonceux Castle. The first programme will start in September.
This free programme is a blend of woodland crafts/activities, communal cooking on the fire, sharing food and stories, mindfulness activities and nature walks. It offers a nurturing space giving people attending the opportunity to relax, feel nourished and build confidence.
