Are you aged between 16-24 years and want to make a difference to health and care services for young people in Sussex? Would you like to meet new people? Are you ready to learn new skills and gain valuable work experience? Perhaps you know a young person looking for some volunteering experience.
We are looking for up to eight young people to become youth consultants and help support Sussex Health and Care to understand what is important to children and young people, and work together to make sure that local health and care services meet the needs of young people.
Join us online on Saturday, 20 January at 1pm to hear from our current youth consultants Amy Broadbent and Hannah Rickwood, who will tell you about their experiences of working as a youth consultant and answer your questions. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to book a place or read more online about how to apply directly by visiting our website.
Hear from Amy, Hannah and their peers about their participation in a recent Youth Summit on mental health in this short film, which demonstrates the impact that a Youth Consultant can have.
